Children of WCA members could learn Chinese culture, art and knowledge for free!
The Waitakere Chinese Culture Education Center is a non-profit educational institution based on the Waitakere Chinese Association, with the purpose of spreading Chinese culture and teaching Chinese culture, art, language, history, geography, humanities and mathematics. It aims to provide a platform for the children and descendants of members of the WCA to understand the 5,000-year-old Chinese culture and inherit the fine traditions of the Chinese nation, so that our brilliant Chinese civilization can be inherited and carried forward. Let the children master the ability to communicate in Chinese through learning, understand the splendid civilization created by their ancestors and their great contributions to the world, help the children build strong national self-confidence and national identity, and learn to treat others equally, peacefully and kindly, while also knowing how to dare to defend their own legitimate rights and interests. Let our children and grandchildren grow up healthily in New Zealand, our second hometown!
